Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information/Delivery Charges

For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post (Express Post) for all deliveries and will dispatch your order on the same day before 2pm and will be express delivered to your door the next day. (Within the Australia Express Post Delivery network) Delivery will be between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

A signature will not be required on receipt of your goods. If no one is at the Delivery address to receive the goods, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.

You can request no signature on delivery, however we cannot accept responsibility for lost goods delivered. For security, a work address is a great option to ensure that you receive your parcel in a more secure and timely fashion.


A flat rate of $10.00 for postage per order applies with an unlimited amount of items per order anywhere in Australia.

30 Day Returns Policy

Carlisle Accessories is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us, excluding sale items. Providing goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with labels intact, we offer a 30 day refund from the original date of dispatch. We can not offer an exchange, only a refund to the original payment method. You will get the right size, colour or style faster if you place another order.

 Conditions of return:

  • No refunds or exchanges can be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed.
  • No refunds or exchanges can be offered on hosiery products and Spanx Shapewear, due to health & hygiene guidelines.
  • No refunds or exchanges can be offered on any garments where the packaging has been damaged (hangers/bags excluded) such as boxes.
  • Original delivery costs cannot be refunded unless the item is deemed to be received as faulty or covered under manufacturers warranty.
  • Carlisle Accessories is not responsible for the for freight costs in returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty, in which case Carlisle Accessories will refund any postage costs.
  • Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card. Please note depending on the payment method, refunds may take up to 14 days, though is typically much less.
  • Account Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment, as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke, perfume or other foreign odours.
